Abuse Policy

This Abuse Policy explains how GetMy.Bio handles abuse, reporting, and account removal.

1. What we don't allow

• Impersonation, fraud, or misleading profiles.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abuse directed at others.
• Spam, unsolicited promotion, or bulk behaviour.
• Content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes another's rights.

2. Reporting abuse

Every profile has a Report button. You can also email niraj@sofron.one. We review all reports, usually within 48 hours.

3. Moderation and enforcement

Our administrators may, at their discretion:

• Remove specific content.
• Suspend a profile temporarily.
• Permanently remove a profile and its data.
• Ban the associated email address from creating new profiles.

A suspended or removed profile shows "Profile unavailable" to visitors.

4. Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, email niraj@sofron.one and we will review it.
